Mr. Wong Chung Tak, Richard JP

Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Mr. Wong Chung Tak, Richard JP is the founder of our Group. Mr. Wong has over 30 years of experience in property investment and management in Hong Kong and has been responsible for overall strategic planning of the Group since its establishment. He has worked in investment and financial companies and has solid experience in corporate development strategies and corporate operation management as well as market and project development.

Mr. Wong has garnered various social awards from Hong Kong St. John Ambulance for his constant contributions, including Duke of Gloucester St. John Serving Brother Medal (awarded by Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom) in 2002, Long Service Medal in 1999 and 1^st to 4^th Long Service Medal Bar in 2004, 2009, 2014 and 2019 respectively.  He was appointed by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as Justice of the Peace in 2017.

Mr. Wong Ka Yeung, Roland

Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wong Ka Yeung, Roland is leading the finance and accounting department of the group, responsible for overall financial management, corporate finance and acquisitions and disposals of the Group. He has extensive experience in financial management and properties investment in Hong Kong and overseas.  Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wong was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong).

Mr. Wong obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Hong Kong. He has been a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of CPA Australia.

Mr. Wong has been actively involved in Hong Kong social services, he is a member of the Independent Police Complaints Council, a member of Housing Authority Tender Committee, a member of Housing Authority Building Committee, a member of the Fight Crime Committee, a member of the District Fight Crime Committee (Wan Chai District) ,  a member of the Quality Education Fund — Assessment and Monitoring Sub-committee, an adjudicator of Registration of Persons Tribunal, a member of Advisory Panel on Licensing of Hotels and Guesthouses, a member of Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee and a member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings). Apart from this, he is also a member of the 12^th and 13^th All-China Youth Federation and a member of the 12^th Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Ms. Chan Choi Wan, Rolie

Executive Director, Chief Administration Officer

Ms. Chan Choi Wan, Rolie has more than 25 years of experience in property investments and related activities in Hong Kong. She is responsible for the overall administration of our Group. Ms. Chan has joined our Group in 1992 and has served as our Account Manager responsible for overseeing the Group’s businesses and developing business with customers. She was later promoted to the position of finance manager responsible for reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, preparing activity reports and financial forecasts. She has been the chief administration officer of Thing On Holdings since 2015 and is responsible for managing office operations.

Mr. Wong Man Yeung, Ryan

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wong Man Yeung, Ryan joined the Group since 2014. He has experience in property investment in Hong Kong and is responsible for operations of the property department. He acts as a representative for the Company in dealing with internal stakeholders.  He contributes to the day-to-day management of the property department and chairs the leasing committee of the Company. Mr. Wong had previously served as senior house officer of Royal Free Hospital London in the United Kingdom from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Wong obtained a Bachelor degree of Science from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine to the University of London (United Kingdom) and also admitted to be an associate of the Royal College of Science by the Council of the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in 2007. In 2012, Mr. Wong obtained a Bachelor degree of Medicine and a Bachelor degree of Surgery from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom) and a registered medical practitioner of General Medical Council.

Mr. Wong has been actively involved in community services, he is a member of HKSAR Action Committee Against Narcotics Sub-committee on PE&P, a member of HKSAR Registration of Persons Tribunal, a member of HKSAR Advisory Panel on Vetting of Amusement Games/Machines, a member of HKSAR Appeal Board on Public Meetings and Processions, a member of HKSAR the Nursing Council of Hong Kong, a member of the Hospital Governing Committees of Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, a member of HKUST Institutional Advancement and Outreach Committee and also a Corps Vice President of Hong Kong St John Ambulance.

Mr. Wong Fung Hing

General Manager

Mr. Wong Fung Hing joined our Group in September 1991 and was previously the head of its property investment operation, specialising in property management, strategic planning and business development. Mr. Wong has more than 25 years of experience in property investment and management in Hong Kong. Since joining our Group, he has been responsible for the overall real estate management which includes overseeing the accounts and finances of our investment properties, handling leases with tenants, and overseeing the redevelopment, refurbishment and maintenance of our investment properties. He is also the Chairman of the Group’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for property acquisitions, disposals and risk management.

Ms. Cheung Yee Wah, Polly

Assistant General Manager

Ms. Cheung Yee Wah, Polly joined our Group in April 2005 and has over 10 years of experience in property management in Hong Kong. Since joining our Group, she has been responsible for managing the marketing for the rental of our investment property, administration of leases, relations with the tenants and property agencies and redevelopment, refurbishment and maintenance of our investment properties. She is also responsible for operational matters including coordinating leases, client service management and maintaining rental accounts with the finance and accounting department.

Ms. Chan Kam Ping

Independent Non-Executive Director

Ms. Chan Kam Ping has been a partner at Liu Leung Chan since January 2004. She was previously an audit trainee and an audit manager at Chris Liu & Co from October 1993 to December 2003. She has over 23 years of experience in audit accounting in Hong Kong.

Mr. Wong King Wai, Kirk

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Wong King Wai, Kirk is the founder of Marvel Group Holdings. He has also been a Director and Legal Counsel at Keenway Industries Ltd., since September 2009. He is responsible for the overall operations of the aforementioned companies. Mr. Wong has more than 14 years of experience in corporate management in Hong Kong

Mr. Hung Franklin Chi Yen

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Hung Franklin Chi Yen is currently the director of IDEAL Fastener Asia Limited, a premium global zipper manufacturer. He is responsible for the daily management of all China operations as well as planning for the group’s global strategic development. He is also a managing director of IDEAL Group Investment (Global) Limited, a property investment company focusing on commercial and industrial real estate in Hong Kong since 1 November 2010. He oversees the real estate portfolio of the group. Mr. Hung has over 10 years of experience in business development and strategic planning, project investment and real estate investment in Hong Kong.
