Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wong Ka Yeung, Roland JP is leading the finance and accounting department of the group, responsible for overall financial management, corporate finance and acquisitions and disposals of the Group. He has extensive experience in financial management and properties investment in Hong Kong and overseas.  Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wong was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong).

Mr. Wong obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Hong Kong. He has been a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of CPA Australia.

Mr. Wong has been actively involved in Hong Kong social services, he is a member of the Fight Crime Committee, a vice-chairman of District Fire Safety Committee (Wan Chai District),  a member of Housing Authority Audit Sub-Committee, a member of Housing Authority Building Committee, a deputy executive director of Hong Kong Customs Executive Committee of “Custom YES”, an adjudicator of Registration of Persons Tribunal, a member of Advisory Panel on Licensing of Hotels and Guesthouses, a member of Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee and a member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings).  Apart from this, he is also a member of the 12^th and 13^th All-China Youth Federation and a member of the 12^th and 13^th Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.  He was appointed by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as Justice of the Peace in 2024.
